Ski. Sled. Row. Carry. Run. A coach-led class built around the same 8 functional stations used in HYROX-style racing worldwide.
HYROX is a global fitness race format that pairs eight functional-strength stations with running in between each one — a format built to test real, all-round fitness rather than a single skill. It's become one of the fastest-growing competitive fitness movements worldwide, and it's just as effective as a training style whether or not you ever race.
At PlayFit Centre, our HYROX Group Class trains those same stations and pacing in a coach-led, small-group setting — scalable for first-timers building a base and for members training toward an actual HYROX race.
Every HYROX Group Class uses real functional-training equipment — the same tools behind the 8-station format, plus supplementary conditioning gear our coaches build into warm-ups and accessory work.
1000m ski station
Push & pull, 50m each
Conditioning & warm-ups
200m farmers carry
100m lunges

Battle ropes aren't one of the 8 official HYROX-format stations, but they're a staple of our warm-ups and conditioning work.
Every station is preceded by a 1km run.
