What age groups do you offer classes for?

We offer structured programs for children and teens, typically starting from age 4 to 9. early. Classes are grouped by age and development level to ensure the best experience for every child.

Physical literacy is the foundation of movement — including balance, coordination, strength, and confidence. It helps children become more active, improve performance in sports, and build lifelong healthy habits.

PlayFit is not a traditional gym. Our programs are structured, coach-led sessions focused on movement, skill development, and confidence building in a fun and engaging environment.
